3 Cards to Midnight

We would like to present you a hidden object game called Three Cards to Midnight. It was produced by a new promising studio, Big Finish Games. In this game you should help Jess to revive her memories with the help of Tarot cards.

With each card turned over Jess recalls a particular location where you should find certain amount of hidden objects. The game provides you with a key word, for example, “note”, you can click on a book to get a “notebook”, or pad of paper to get a “notepad”. This process is very entertaining but sometimes the developers underestimated players’ imagination. When the key word was “light” the game has rejected our clicking on the word “Christmas”.  We thought “Christmas light” was a good combination.

If you make a lot of mistakes during the level, you will have to replay it from the beginning. You start each level with a limited number of hints, but you can earn more. Unfortunately earned hints don’t carry over to the next level. There is a great variety of mini-games, from easy jigsaw puzzles to symbol and word-based brainteasers. We don’t recommend you to skip them because they are closely related to the story-line.

The graphics in Three Cards to Midnight is quite good. The gaps between levels are filled with detailed animations which are really made by professionals. They all are well-written and voice-acted. We were a little bit upset with the music, but it really didn’t matter. The game is good so don’t miss it!
