Cake Mania: To the Max

The illustrious Cake Mani series is back with its new installment, Cake Mania: To the Max. Sandlot, the developer of this game, again tries to create thrilling time management gameplay. Did they manage to do that?

To start with, the prime object of Cake Mania: To the Max is the same: serve customers as fast as it possible in oder to earn more money. There you can see the same cakes, common upgrades and helpful tools. Honestly, it is rather hard to bring something new to this genre. Everything what the developers are able to do is to polish the graphics and introduce more characters. In fact, all these features we can observer there.

The artwork is really good and can boast of its bright, colorful and vivid scenes. Unfortunately, most of locations are well-known to the players from the previous installments. Building and serving clients are the main and familiar activities, no matter on what level you are. So, after several levels Cake Mania: To the Max becomes very repetitive and annoying. Besides, the game starts off very very slowly, so you have got plenty of time try your hand and get the best score without any challenge. Mini-games which you are to play from time to time are not unique at all. Surely, this title is new in some ways: there are new funny characters, the artwork is improved. However, these features are too tiny for the experienced players and too uninteresting to draw new fans.
