CHRONICLES OF MYSTERY: THE LEGEND OF THE SACRED TREASURE Review by DoubleGames
Chronicles of Mystery: The Legend of the Sacred Treasure is a new entry into splendid hidden object series Chronicles of Mystery from well-familiar developer City Interactive. With clever and quick-witted journalist Chelsea Connor you are to disclose the odd circumstances surrounding her father’s death. Your search for clues and evidences will take you from Paris to Ethiopia. Are you already afire with enthusiasm for this fresh gameplay? Then let’s start our analysis!
Holding the earlier installments of this series in high esteem, we begin to play Chronicles of Mystery: The Legend of the Sacred Treasure with great pleasure. There are many nicely animated scenes which make your travel particularly thrilling. Usually we turn the music off, but in this game we find it so haunting and spiffing. These elusive hidden object scenes are well-presented, however, there are few items that are hard to find. But in most cases hidden object hunting is challenging enough to appeal the fans of this genre.
In Chronicles of Mystery: The Legend of the Sacred Treasure the developer keeps on struggling with the new format of hidden object games. That is why some of the players can be bewildered by this title. But it needs to be given some time to get into it. If you still give it a try, you won’t regret as there are really lots to see and explore. The storyline always encourages you to reveal what happens next. This gets on the right side of any player, especially the beginners. It is a good starter game for those who just make their first steps towards hidden object playing.
City Interactive’s struggling for identity makes a figure today and we are sure that someday they will find their way in the new genre and their new games will evolve into great titles. Good luck!
