EMMA AND THE INVENTOR Review by DoubleGames
Emma and the Inventor is nice hidden object adventure game from Tricky Software. The developers make a pretty good title that is not only clear to play, but one that has been well-executed with high attention to the very tiny details. However, the end result doesn’t bring something new to the genre, but instead provides every player with a fine set of puzzles, magnificent graphics, pleasant music, and exhilarating gameplay.
The plot is easy and dwells upon an old mad scientist who has invented an odd time machine and has been taken away by it to another dimension. You, his dear granddaughter, set to rescue him. Don’t afraid to try this standard story, as Emma and the Inventor is full of fascination, and once you start playing you won’t mind this common plot at all. The hidden object scenes and puzzles can make sense here and make you wonder, too. While most mini-games are well-familiar to a hidden object fan, they are still all varied.
Visually, Emma and the Inventor looks wonderful, with bright colors and a fancy steampunk design. These steampunk-inspired machines and objects never look stiff or out of theme, but rather vivid and actual. All this incredible items are always interesting to examine as they are usually equipped with different contraptions. Unfortunately, the game life of this installment is too short. Two or three hours of charming gameplay is good for hidden object adventure beginners. This wonder-filled game environment is absolutely unique giving you a chance to get a lot of fun.
To conclude, this game is a good contribution to the casual downloads scene. Tricky Software, a studio that we have never heard about, makes its first successful steps on casual game market. Hope it won’t be the last one! Meanwhile, let’s enjoy this intriguing hidden object game!
