EMPRESS OF THE DEEP 2: SONG OF THE BLUE WHALE COLLECTOR'S EDITION Review by DoubleGames
It is a bad sign to awake on a lonely beach with a destroyed air balloon and a dolphin having a machine-like head. No wonder then, you are in the new game developed by Gogii Games – The Empress of the Deep 2: Song of the Blue Whale.
In the new hidden object game you will point out a rich and grand world similar to the first title in the series, with a glorious atmosphere and carefulness to details. The gameplay is a good mixture of hidden object and adventure features with some fun and unique puzzles thrown in for good measure. The biggest appeal and draw to The Empress of the Deep 2: Song of the Blue Whale is that it is not exactly linear, but at the same time it is not exactly pure open-world either. It’s a bit of a blend of both really. There is a usual direction that help you go through the story, but you are always free to travel around these stunning locations.
When you plunge into this game, you can notice that The Empress of the Deep 2: Song of the Blue Whale have amazingly, superb graphics on anywhere you go. The artwork is absolutely gorgeous, so there will be no surprise if you spend a lot of time just admiring the environment. In addition, some scenes is not static at all, and can boast of some animated things. This small trick can keep you from boredom and help gameplay avoid monotones. There is a good voice-acting that is always nice to listen to.
All in all, the developer managed to sweat all the main and subordinate details. But for some obscure hidden object items the title would be ideal. Nevertheless, this pitfall is fairly insignificant that we can easily turn a blind eye to this fact. Happy gaming!
