FARM MANIA: HOT VACATION Review by DoubleGames
Milking the agricultural theme, developer Realore presents us the third installment in Farm Mania series. This time around, we again find ourselves in Anna’s company helping her in farming competitions around the globe. While the classical gameplay of Farm Mania: Hot Vacation is still actual, very well prompted by the stunning artwork, the same old farm concept is getting cumbersome.
In comparison to the previous versions, Farm Mania: Hot Vacation hasn’t changed much with regards to the plot and gameplay. The main heroine travel to different countries, run on farms, produce and sell goods. The only twist there is the fact that animals of each country are always various. It is an open secret that the Farm Mania series is remarkable for its fast-paced gameplay and miscellaneous tasks, this new title follows the same way. However, now you cannot actually lose the game. Though the time of a level runs out, you are allowed to play further, and there is no punishment for the lost time. The veterans of this time management series will estimate this as an absolute atrophy of challenge.
Still, we should admit that the shop system of Farm Mania: Hot Vacation is the strongest feature. There you are able to buy not only ordinary crops or animals but also different buildings, decorations and many more for your farm. By the way, the help of Anna’s grandfather and her friends becomes more worthy with the new installment. Of course, the artwork is as superb as usual. The developer masterfully recreates country-like environment full of authentic things and features.
All in all, Farm Mania: Hot Vacation has a decent, for this sort of titles, 3-hour game length. Though the idea of this time management chapter is far from being unique, it still provides with a good and convincing farming experience. If you are sick and tired of old farm game premises, this one can entertain you for a while. Good luck!
