GOLDEN TRAILS 2: THE LOST LEGACY Review by DoubleGames
Very few sequels can boast of their high quality. Fortunately, today we deals with the best kind of sequel, Golden Trails 2: The Lost Legacy, that not only keeps every special features of its predecessor but fixes those some flaws that spoils the first installment.
Golden Trails 2: The Lost Legacy is a thought-provoking new Hidden Object Adventure game from Awem Studio about injustice, love and many more. The plot starts out very intriguing but little by little it turns into really baffling detective story. The fans of massive stories will appreciate this but those who are interested in gameplay mainly might ignore this part of the game. The gameplay itself is exactly the same, you have to find and collect different things and beside this you have to shoot bad guys. The last task is really a spin on this hidden object play, though not a challenging one at all.
The hidden object scenes are well made, neither too hard nor too easy. Thanks to the artistically done graphics, sort of comic-book style, you will never be frustrated by illustrations but rather enjoy their crisp and colorful way of presentation. Most hidden items are wonderfully drawn, cleverly hidden, and always followed the plot. The mini-games tend to fit Golden Trails 2: The Lost Legacy thematic, though they also tend to be repetitive in their presentation. The puzzles are a bit too easy, however always various and unique.
Awem’s titles are remarkable for their incredible artwork and animations. Golden Trails 2: The Lost Legacy is not an exclusion there but only proves the developers ability to delight us with accurate graphics and animations. The game’s story might not be the best one, but the game has many other different points to offer Hidden Object Adventure fans. This installment has all right to become someone’s favorite Hidden object game.
