GREAT SECRETS: NOSTRADAMUS Review by DoubleGames
There is no need to make a mysterious of the fact that casual games have already become the goods of prime necessity for many of us. But if the developers want to claim for this high status they’d better be more careful of their work. As for Dayterium, the developer of today’s featured game, they must especially work hard as its Great Secrets: Nostradamus leaves much to be desired.
As you have already guessed the plot of this game focuses on the world’s most illustrious seer, Nostradamus. But this time around the story sticks straight to the past, and not the future. Great Secrets: Nostradamus itself involves lots of mini-puzzles, most of which experienced hidden object fans have seen before. Of course finding hidden items in busy backgrounds is a primary activity there but after playing two scenes you will be very disappointed with them.
In fact, the artwork is not bad but the items are too hard to figure out. Some objects are very small and perfectly blended into background. Such hidden object puzzles will be a real test to your eyes. If you have a spare pair of eyes, you can easily try Great Secrets: Nostradamus. Due to fuzzy graphics there will be lots of random clicking. So, get ready to be panelized for each miss click. It is noteworthy, the punishment is pretty cruel – during twenty seconds your are unable to play on. Moreover, the developer put there tons of repeated tasks, but with different illustrations. To our mind it is a cheesy trick to enlarge gameplay. Poor music background just makes us sure to throw this game away. We hope it is just dark Monday!
