The first thing we immediately loved about this game was its fantastic and captivating storyline. Those who are fond of history and all the things related to the past will be happy to go through some real historical events and meet famous historical figures. But even if you are not interested in this stuff, you’ll be curious about the plot, enjoy smart dialogs and unexpected twists. As a helper you get Francis Drake – a very interactive and witty character, probably our most favorite so far.

Production of this free game for computers is just fantastic – graphics are clean and sharp, though too green, but artwork is quite impressive. No, there’s nothing spectacular or innovative, but we always appreciate vivid colors and clear scenes. Music is fine, soundtrack is decent and all voiceovers are recorded by professionals!

In terms of gameplay this adventure is not the most spectacular either, but it offers you a decent level of difficulty, especially for the hardcore gamers. Hidden object scenes are various, which is always good, puzzles are entertaining and not boring. The game has taken us about 4 hours to finish, along with the bonus chapter. We wish the bonus content had more interesting stuff, but that’s not very critical.
