The Dark Hills of Cherai 2: The Regal Scepter by ChayowoGames will definitely make happy all amateurs of Hidden Object games especially those ones who enjoyed the first part of this fantastic game.

Here you will meet three searching children again like in the first game, and we start with the eldest, a girl named Tara. The other two children will come into play later. Although not everyone is happy with 3 leading characters and we have to admit we think is great and didn’t think it was confusing. But to each his or her own, of course.

The graphics of The Dark Hills of Cherai 2: The Regal Scepter are clear enough, but the look of this game, at least in the beginning is rather dark, which may not be to the liking of a number of players. The hidden object scenes are nicely done but there always seems to be one object that we can’t find, but we had not a single problem to see what we had to see, and to find all the objects in the first Hidden object scene. Not too junkpiley too, and the objects fit the environment and atmosphere of the story.

The mini games are very unique. They can be skipped if you don’t want to play them.

One excellent point in The Dark Hills of Cherai 2: The Regal Scepter is the map which always tells you which locations have actions pending, which locations are cleared, and where there is a new hidden object scene to do. And if you don’t know what to do next so click on the man in the lower left and he will give you a hint.

All in all it is a good game for everyone, especially for those who like action and prefer entertaining and not boring games!
