The Mystery of the Mary Celeste

The Mystery of the Mary Celeste is a hidden object game which was produced by Media Art Company. Playing as Mary Morehouse, you should uncover all secrets of ill-fated ship, found in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean with no signs of crew on it. In spite of the fact that Mary is afraid of sailing, she decides to make a trip on a modern copy of Mary Celeste ship hoping that it will give her some answers.

Strange things start happening as the ship leaves the dock and Mary has to deal with all of them. Mary needs to look for hidden objects, play various mini-games and avoid death of course. Never mind that most of those tasks have no relations to the plot of the game.

Don’t be afraid to get stuck in the middle of the level, cause the hints are unlimited and the game doesn’t punish you for clicking wrong items too many times. The list of items you need to find consists of pictures, not names, and it’s very convenient if you want to offer the game to your child, but don’t go far away from him while he is playing, cause the game features rather spooky atmosphere.

From the beginning of the game we thought that it was a stupid idea to look for the answers to this mystery on this new ship. Unfortunately, we were right. In the end the story of Mary Celeste seemed even more complicated than it was before. But if you adore hidden object gameplay and don’t really care about 150-years-old mystery, The Mystery of the Mary Celeste is a good game to play!
