You will see that The Pirate’s Treasure: An Oliver Hook Mystery is just a melting pot of various type of boring puzzles and annoying mini-games. Those who expect detailed storyline will be disappointed as the developers decide to come to nothing more than introduction and then plunge players right into a hidden object scene, underwater. There is no story as such, and not the really fine artwork we have already craved for. While the backgrounds are muddy, the hidden object scenes are blurry and fuzzy. Moreover, the items are too small on a very vague and moldy background. 

You cannot give up this exhausted “treasure hunting”, you have to find all these coins and jewels to earn money to spent in the in-game store. Very easy tasks followed one by one keeping you yarning all the time. Do not turn off music in The Pirate’s Treasure: An Oliver Hook Mystery; otherwise you will fall asleep immediately! After so many disillusionment games, it seems the developers do not care for their reputation.
