VAMPIRE SAGA: WELCOME TO HELL LOCK Review by DoubleGames
If you didn’t play a good horror hidden object game long ago, Vampire Saga: Welcome to Hell Lock has come just in time from skilful Big Fish Games’ hands.
Vampire Saga: Welcome to Hell Lock, a sequel to Vampire Saga: Pandora’s Box, is a superb hidden object puzzle adventure that combines classic horror film features to convey a gloomy, compelling atmosphere that grabs your attention till the very last scene. Being a casual adventure at its heart, this title involves a lot of hidden object scenes and challenging inventory puzzles. The scenes for searching are crisp, vivid and always clear, and you don’t really need that item’s name get green every time, telling you are getting closer and closer. So far, the puzzles are easy and immediately obvious what you should do with it.
Vampire Saga: Welcome to Hell Lock graphics are stunning emphasizing on details very much. The music background is decent and convey the gloomy mood of the game. The plot get you in and the end won’t defeat you like many other games. For some people this title might be too scary but those who are mad on this genre will be very curious during the whole play.
However, Vampire Saga: Welcome to Hell Lock has the unfortunate habit of guiding you too often, providing sparkles for items, and quickly reloading hints. In spite of its generosity you can easily ignore all of these hints to make your adventure more challenging.
All in all, this hidden object installment is much longer than a usual hidden object gameplay, clocking it at 5 or 6 hours of playing. It’s definitely a grand game that’s truly scary without any cheap horror film methods. That is a worthy addition on someone’s hidden object collection. Enjoy!
