VIRTUAL FAMILIES Review by DoubleGames
Developed by Last Day of Work Virtual Families is a casual family sim-game that runs in real time. Your little fosterlings will continue to live even if your computer is off and you aren’t playing, cause the game has an artificial intelligence. So, your aim is to shape the personalities, make friends and families, and take care of the heroes’ health, nutrition, relationship, mood and many other things that worry you in real life.
The game has a lot of screens that reveal the family store, family tree, personality details, and even collections that your heroes can bag. As well, there is a table of trophies where you can check your progress on a wide variety of achievements. The option of praising and scolding by green and red gloves we especially liked.
Of course, the A.I. the game has isn’t perfect. Sometimes people can stand on the table or go through a wall or fridge. Nevermind, but still it means the game is not polished enough.
The graphics and artwork is colorful, animation is well-done. For sim fans this game will be a real pleasure. Perhaps Virtual Families can be for somebody a good practice in homemaking and life in general.
