The fans of hidden object games may rejoice at the releasing of a new game Curse of the Pharaoh: Tears of Sekhmet from Ph03nix New Media.
The new game is a sequel to well-known Curse of the Pharaoh: The Quest for Nefertiti. On this occasion you begin your exciting adventure in order to uncover the secrets, which supposedly led to Napoleon’s fall. Moreover, you are to protect the ancient Tears of Sekhmet from Anna’s stepbrother, who is going to use it for evil.
As for the gameplay itself you will be glad to know that the objects are clear, and quite easy to spot. Though you have limited hints, the game is untimed and you can relax and enjoy the process. While there are inventory puzzles, most of these are logical and simple to figure out, like adding a missing mirror to a scene. If you make too many incorrect clicks, the lights go out, leaving you with just a flashlight for a few seconds. The environment is very well set up, and feels genuine, which helps to make the game more absorbing and captivating. We should also point out an excellent thematic music and reasonably good graphics.
In spite of interesting plot the gameplay is rather predictable and ordinary. Curse of the Pharaoh: Tears of Sekhmet is slightly easy, still fun to play if you are fond of hidden object games. And don’t remember that seeing is believing!
