DRAWN: THE PAINTED TOWER Review by DoubleGames
Are you ready to plunge into the world of mystery and riddles? Then let us meet you a new casual adventure game Drawn: The Painted Tower. Much like the more recent Princess Isabella: A Witch’s Curse, this game will charm you with its vivid artwork and fascinating music. From the first minute you feel how the game comes to life on your screen, and you begin your thrilling adventure.
According to the legend a shadow has fallen over the kingdom but there is a girl who once will restore the light. The poor child is imprisoned at the top of the tower and your goal is to set her free. On your way you should overcome a battery of mini-games and amazing puzzles, or objects to collect. Quite often you’ll come across pieces of things, such as scraps of cloth, shards of glass, etc., that need to be gathered in your inventory and assembled somewhere nearby. A hint system is available, and it recharges a few minutes after each use, so if you’re stuck, give it a click to see if it can nudge you in the right direction.
There is no need to make a mystery of the fact that the gameplay itself is not revolutionary at all, but we much appreciate the quality of illustrated locations that burst with vibrant colors. The tasks and puzzles can be also high rated, though most of them are quite usual. In the case you are full enough with this or that puzzle you are able to use a skip button, which appears in a few seconds.
Nevertheless, stunning graphics, lovely melody, smooth gameplay and absorbing plot make the game Drawn: The Painted Tower unforgettable. For sure, the game finds its fans that are mad on unexpected twists of the storyline. Well, if you want to visit fairy tale and rack your brains over smart riddles then this game is for you. Have a good time!
