What a childish game!” is your first thought upon seeing the new time management game under the title Bear’s Dream. Due to cartoonish graphics this title really looks rather primitive, but would probably amaze the youngest players... Read more

That is true for maybe the first 2 or 3 levels but then Bear’s Dream surprisingly gets harder and harder. You start with playing a bear whose the greatest dream in life is to build himself a ship and set off on a trip. To fulfill his dream he has to work a lot on his farm dealing with planting and producing different things. The experienced gamers could estimate this premise as a BigFishGames’ try to make a cross between Ranch Rush and Farm Frenzy.

According to the gameplay you have to earn ten stars by fulfilling orders. All levels are very and very long. Being a mature time management player, in the half an hour I managed to complete only three levels. Besides ordinary farm labors you are to fish that is not so easy as it might be looked at first glance. These fishes are too nimble and quick that you should train first. So, Bear’s Dream is not for kids at all but could easy bewilder a very experienced players.

All in all, the concept of this title is fine but for poor execution. This Tedd-Bear-like main hero and   childish artwork frighten most of the gamers off. If its value production were more sophisticated, it would have more chances to stand out. While we did have fun playing, it is not a time management title we would like to go back some day.
