Campfire Legends - The Babysitter

To be more descriptive we would like to tell you this sort of idea: once who tried a Ferrari, would hardly ever wish to change it for a bicycle. What does it mean? It just means that Campfire Legend: The Babysitter did not impress us very much. Firstly, the installment under discussion does not have the same horror twist, bone chilling, nearly swallowing your tongue like the previous chapter had. However, this premise was being held to the same high visual standards. Graphically, this game is very impressive but for our experienced players it is not enough to restore good Halloween atmosphere. Dramatic music background just adds on spooky environment but too haunting at times.

If you are a fan of a straight-forward hidden object title, Campfire Legend: The Babysitter has a good chance to win your heart. There you should be ready to find tons of very tiny items thrown all over the scenes. From the very beginning the searchings are even challenging but when you find 4 or 7 items for making just an ordinary cup of tea, for example, soon you might feel boredom. Hint system is not very helpful as it shows you only your goal: loosely point you to go to another room, or just affirm the necessity to solve the puzzle. Using this “handy” hint, you still spend 2 or 3 minutes looking for this or that item. 

Sadly, the great part of the game is devoted to the repeating hidden item collecting. As soon as you finish with that one shop-list, you are given another. To crown it all, scary moments are not so scary at all. Yes, the first skeleton was quite horrible but when you see one and the same skeleton again and again it dulls your feelings. Campfire Legend: The Babysitter cannot claim the palm but still is able to be tried.
