The Dots is played on a regular piece of paper with little squares (often used in schools). The players put the dots of their color, alternating their moves. The first move has to be made in the center of the board. The goal of the game is to surround the dots of the opponent in such manner that is it possible to connect them with an uninterrupted line. It is possible to connect the dots horizontally, vertically, and diagonally, but only if the dots are at the corners of the same square.
