So, what is the game about? First of all this is a very good detective/crime solving hidden object adventure. Storyline is very captivating and original. You get to investigate people, collect evidence, interrogate the suspects all over Paris in order to solve the mysterious murder case. Due to that the game is literally bursting with hidden object scenes and locations to explore. HO scenes come in various modes, mini-games are original and uniques especially that one called Interview was especially fun to play. the level of challenge is just fine. Overall there’s nothing special about the gameplay, unfortunately, because the potential was very high.

Presentation of Nightfall is solid, but again – nothing spectacular. Graphics are very typical to ERS, beautiful and sharp. The only bad and annoying thing is the absence of widescreen. How lame. At least the music is exceptional – creators did a great job with the soundtrack. Melodies fit the game, they are mysterious and dark and help add more suspense to the plot. French motives are also recognizable.
