Runaway Express Mystery

Runaway Express Mystery comes with a fresh and some sort of random storyline. You get to go back in time and rescue the children that are stuck on the runaway express with the evil engineer. As soon as you arrive there you get involved in 3 mysterious murders. So your aim here is not only save the kids, but solve the crimes as well. Very smart and twisted approach to make a game interesting and far from boring. The whole game is filled with creativity and new features.

The presentation is very well crafted and has many refreshing elements as well. Beautiful artwork is supplemented with sharp and colorful graphics, gorgeous locations and unique hidden object scenes. Cutscenes are epic and very impressive as well. The only weak spot is the soundtrack – melodies are fine and fit the game, but voiceovers could have been so much better especially the main character’s voice.

As we said above this is a very creative game and that also applies to its gameplay. The most important and the coolest feature is the Evidence Board which helps you through the entire adventure – thanks to it you can easily sort your evidences and feel like a true detective. Apart from the usual walking around locations and picking up the hidden items you have to deal with several detective tools like flashlight and detection kit. Speaking of the rest elements, puzzles are good, have many twists, mini-games are entertaining but bot puzzles and mini-games are kind of old school and don’t offer anything innovative.

The question is why doesn’t this game come with Collectors Edition? That would be totally awesome, but for now we can only give it solid 4 stars. Download Runaway Express Mystery on computer free and spend your time with pleasure.
