Though the game is based on fiction style, all information about Amelia Earhart is factually correct. The main female hero is portrayed as a psychic, a supernatural touch in an otherwise very realistic story.

As for hidden object scenes they are intriguing in most cases but the items you are required to find sometimes have no connection whatsoever with the storyline or the scenes. The graphics are nice, but music could be better, dialogs are smart, though the storyline gives some historical accuracy, it is absolutely boring. Moreover, The Search for Amelia Earhart has some plain comments popping up after clicking one or another object will probably irritate many gamers. The hint system is rather generous as you have unlimited number of hints, which recharge very fast one by one, so getting stuck is virtually impossible.
