Vacation Quest: Australia is the second installment in a series, offering about 30 hidden object scenes to examine. This title is a straightforward hidden object game with 2,300 items to find. The story of this game easily went into several cut-scenes that hastily introduce you the plot. There is no freedom to explore: you are given scene after scene to scan. Fans of simplicity or newcomers to the genre will be really amused of this gaming experience.

From time to time Vacation Quest: Australia offers you to play a very light mini-games or puzzles. All these jigsaw or match-3 puzzles, word searches are extremely slow, unimaginative and boring. Thanks to accurate graphics there is no problem to deal with the hidden object puzzles. Unfortunately, the choice of hidden items is rather poor, many of these objects can move from one scene to another. Still, most items are clear and rather recognizable there.
