These artifacts can be used by players to level-up skills and defend themselves against beasts that are gone berserk. It would be a mistake to rely on magical gifts alone as you explore a vast open-world of the Alpha. Collecting different materials makes it possible to build reliable structures and means of self-defense. Natural resources help to satisfy your basic needs and stay alive during stormy weather and other extreme conditions. Upgrading the magical skills allows defending oneself and teammates in combat. Dark and Light includes various biomes, such as floating isles, woodland, and mountains. Each of these can provide you with shelter and supplies or become your grave without thoughtful teamwork.
