Grim Legends 2: Song of the Dark Swan Collector's Edition

The storyline is pretty clear we guess, and though it’s a good and kind game there are some dark moments as well. You get to reveal the mysterious secrets of a Black Swan, and we think this balance between good and evil is exactly what makes this game a special one. If you played the first part in the Grim Legends series called The Forsaken Bride, this one is kind of different from the sequel, especially the visuals. Its graphics look more cartoony, though more colorful and brighter. Each scene is magnificent, clear and detailed. We appreciate the creativity put in the making of this free game for computers. Soundtracks are also amazing and remarkable, despite the fact that some melodies are slightly annoying especially the Spirit helper’s voice.

Compared to its predecessor Song of The Dark Swan is less captivating, its gameplay is straightforward and it took us just a little bit more than 3 hours to finish the whole game. The tasks are cool but mostly familiar especially puzzles, although their level of difficulty is various. Hidden object scenes come in different formats, most of them are innovative and extremely fun to come through.

All in all this is a very entertaining hidden object casual game for pc/mac that deserves solid 4 stars due to its little flaws. But it comes with an entertaining storyline and enjoyable gameplay, so if you are a fan of fantasy games and looking for something new to play then consider Grim Legends 2: Song of the Dark Swan.
