This time around, you are to explore the every corner of this great ship and try to reveal who murdered Charles Taylor, and why. If you unravel this crime, you will be able to change the tragic destiny of this world-famous liner. While the plot is rather massive, it is too overloaded with the dialogues that are not always very interesting. There is quite a bit of back and forth, but still this a nice twist on the story.

If the plot can be tedious at times, Inspector Magnusson: Murder on the Titanic has a good puzzle support. Unfortunately, most of the tasks are mainly for the newbies, who has just begun to play Hidden Object games. The experienced players will be disappointed by the primitive mini-games and those numerous puzzles.

Thanks to crisp and nice graphics, the hidden object scenes are not very hard but rather easy. If the developers had made some work with the colors and lights, the scenes would have been more challenging. The music and sound effects are a bit too haunting, however pleasant and smooth.

All in all, there is no use to criticize Inspector Magnusson: Murder on the Titanic very much, as the newcomers to the genre will be surely satisfied with this installment. Good graphics and basic puzzles – what else do they need?
