Lost Inca Prophecy 2: The Hollow Island

The basic idea of the game seems pretty good, but in fact the plot is a bit too messy and crumpled. During the first hour of play you simply won’t be able to understand why do you need to solve all those puzzles, and what’s going on with Seraphine. Though, it’s not such a big problem, given the fun gameplay. Despite the stale plot, Lost Inca Prophecy 2: The Hollow Island proved to be an incredibly addictive game with a huge floating board and simply flawless graphics. In addition, there are two different game modes, Switch and Chain, the first of which is set as the default, and the second can be manually selected at the beginning of each stage. 

If most game developers try to complicate your task by just adding new tiles and other useless stuff at higher levels, in Lost Inca Prophecy 2: The Hollow Island you’ll also have to deal with a huge floating board and numerous keyholes scattered around the field. The point is that to get to the next stage the player must not only earn a certain amount of points, but also open the lock located in one of the corners of the game board. In our thinking, in combination with perfect sound and brilliant animation, this innovation greatly enlivens and refreshes the overused basic gameplay.

On the other hand, if you are a diehard Match 3 fan, Lost Inca Prophecy 2: The Hollow Island is clearly not for you. Despite the existence of the standard Switch game mode, this game is quite unusual in terms of the gameplay and totally predictable in terms of the plot. To tell the truth, we didn’t manage to keep track of events and fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of a mysterious adventure while playing this game for the first time, but what we really enjoyed is the Chain mode. If you like unusual games and highly appreciate quality graphics, Lost Inca Prophecy 2: The Hollow Island might make on you a truly lasting impression! Have fun!
