Spend money on upgrading the town with eco-houses, parks, new clean jobs and industry, building new stores and businesses. It’s a real pleasure to watch how after finishing a level successfully the district suddenly gets greener.

The graphics is bright and clear, all the transformation are well-polished and visible. Animations of driving cars and working people are cool indeed.
