Project 5: Sightseer

Project 5: Sightseer is a sandbox adventure game from Tasharen Entertainment. Here you're offered to choose your place to start right from the beginning. You'll be transported to a point of your choice and given basic tools: radar and mining equipment. You can mark up your whereabouts as you find resources to be able to return to them for further extraction. As soon as you locate the suitable place for your outpost nothing prevents you from building it. Base-building mechanics are familiar to any seasoned sandbox player. It's only logical to construct several bases and delegate mining to them and eventually trade those materials for something more valuable. Bases also allow scientific researches. As you progress, so do your vehicles and equipment. If you choose an aggressive policy you'll be visited by opposing NPC fractions including pirates. Clashes with other players take place only on dedicated PvP servers. If you're more into slow-paced researching and creating, go ahead and make your dreams come true in a creative mode. Project 5: Sightseer caters to every taste: either RPG game progression or RTS-fueled gameplay.
